WellArrive is a healthcare data management platform that provides:

• Secure, encrypted storage of medical records on blockchain technology
• Patient-controlled access permissions for healthcare data
• FHIR-compliant data formats for interoperability
• Audit trails and access logs for all data interactions
• Enterprise verification and management tools

Important: WellArrive is a technology platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Patient Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You retain full ownership and control of your medical data
• You must verify your email address to activate your account

Enterprise Accounts

• You must provide valid business credentials and verification documents
• Your organization must undergo verification before accessing patient data
• You must comply with applicable healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
• You are responsible for all activities under your enterprise account

You may not use WellArrive to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Access data without proper authorization
• Attempt to breach security measures or hack the platform
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Impersonate another user or provide false information
• Use automated systems to access the platform without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights and how we handle your data are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

WellArrive is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellArrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
